Life Balance Services takes feedback from clients and the general public seriously.

All Reiki Treatment clients are issued with a freepost response card following each consultation, and while they are encouraged to complete and return the card in the week following treatment there is absolutely no obligation to do so. All responses are treated with the strictest of confidence, and are used to help us in our endeavour to continually improve services to clients.
